We Suggest...
Prior to our initial consultation, we suggest that you browse the Internet and identify sites and features that you like - and those that you don't. You may also find it helpful to look at your competitor's websites, and those in markets related to your organization.
If you have an existing logo, letterhead and/or other marketing collateral, we ask that you bring it to our initial meeting, so that we can design a look that blends seamlessly with your existing graphic standards.
No logo? No problem! SwissMango™ will be happy to assist you in creating your corporate branding. We're here to take the stress out of building your website.
We Listen...
You will find that you are doing most of the talking during our first meeting - and that is as it should be. This is our opportunity to learn first-hand about your company and its market. We will discuss your "wish list" for the site, including design aspects that appeal to you, and fuctions that we will need to include.
For example, should your site incorporate database driven capabilities? A simple custom shopping cart? Secure access? By strategically identifying your needs up front, we can build a foundation that effectively addresses your current requirements and easily accommodates future growth.
We Design...
Effective website design encompasses much more than creating an attractive screen image; you need a clean, clutter-free look that delivers immediate on-sight impact. Information within your site should be organized in a practical, easy-to-find format. You should provide a compelling reason for visitors to return.
As with every website we create, SwissMango™ will develop the layout of your website, using such proven programs as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You will receive screen capture images that will show you exactly how the pages of your website will appear. We will fine tune the design at this stage - to create a custom look for your organization that will get attention and deliver results.
We Develop...
Using the latest in programming technology, we will convert your layout into a functioning website. Each image will be optimized for the best look and loading speed, and proportionally sized.
Unlike some web development companies, SwissMango™ does not simply post images on the web. Every site we build is coded in HTML, PHP and CSS exclusively for the web. Our programming allows for your site to accomodate future changes and expansions easily and cost-effectively. It includes basic search engine optimization that will increase your site's visibility in all major search engines and allows you to optimize each individual page with key words and description.
When your site is completed, you will enjoy complete ownership of its design, copy and you will have the rights to your images.
